Funologic FAQ – Shipping Information 

Absolutely! At Funologic, shipping is 100% free for customers in Australia and most European countries.
There are no hidden fees or unexpected costs at checkout — the price you see is exactly what you pay.
We believe every child deserves access to inspiring toys, and parents shouldn’t worry about extra delivery charges.

We proudly deliver to Australia and most European countries.
To keep delivery fast and reliable, some destinations are not available at this time.
Currently, we cannot deliver to:
Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Estonia, Iceland, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine, and Vatican City.

👉 Please note: We also cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

We process and ship every order within 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes between 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.
You’ll always receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Orders & Tracking

Yes, absolutely! After your order has shipped, you’ll get an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 7 days for the tracking activity to appear in the system — sometimes it takes a little while for carriers to update the information.
If you don’t see updates after that, simply contact us and we’ll help you right away.

Yes, but timing is key!
If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we can modify or cancel it.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped — and we won’t be able to make adjustments.
To make changes, please reach out immediately at support@funologic.com so our team can assist before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or faulty, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do you really offer Free Shipping?

Yes! At Funologic, shipping is completely free for Australia and most European countries. No hidden fees or surprises at checkout.

Where do you deliver your toys?

We currently deliver across Australia and most European countries. However, shipping is not available to certain regions including Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Estonia, Iceland, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine, and Vatican City. We also cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery generally takes between 7–20 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 7 days to appear.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us with your order details and photos or videos of the issue.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, changes or cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, orders may already be processed for shipping.
