  “You” refers to the individual using our Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such an individual is using the Service, as applicable.

Return and Refund Policy Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please follow the return and refund process below. You have up to 14 days after receiving the product to submit your claim.

Return and Refund Process

If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Notify Us

Please notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving your item, of your intention to return or exchange it.

In your email, please provide a detailed description of the defect along with clear photos or a video of the product. This information is essential for us to assess the issue. After our initial review, we will contact you via email with further instructions.

Step 2: Review and Resolution

Upon receiving your email and the provided documentation (photos or video), we will fully examine your claim. We will notify you via email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a return.

  If your return is approved, we will refund your purchase price, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 If you requested an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you after your return is processed.
